With responsibility for the day-to-day management at E-ACT’s Head Office and the business operation of their 30 academies and free schools, this is simply one of the best jobs in education today. The Director of Operations will deliver E-ACT’s vision for academies, providing support and challenge, and developing appropriate processes and systems. As deputy to the Director General you will set the standards to follow as they strengthen their core purpose of education excellence in what is already one of the leading education sponsors in England. 

Your background could be in the private, public or voluntary sector; what we are looking for is a track record of success, preferably gained in an acquisitive and changing environment. You will need to be dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious with evidence of sound leadership and the ability to inspire others.
